If you’re in love with Red Lobster’s Cheddar Bay Biscuits, you now can have them anytime you want. This recipe is perfect! It is so close to perfect you can fool someone.
We have a shrimp night at home at least twice a month, and i have to make these to top off the meal. Eat ‘em while there hot!
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees·
Mix 2 cups of Bisquick mix with 1-1.5 cups of cheddar cheese depending on how cheesy you like your biscuits.
Add 1 tsp garlic power
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning to the Bisquick and cheese.
You can adjust the amount of each seasoning depending on your preferences.
Add 2/3 cup of milk and mix.
The dough will be very thick and sticky.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and drop the mix into balls using the two spoon method or your hands. Bake for 8 minutes.
While the biscuits are in
the oven, mix 3/4 stick of butter, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp Italian
seasoning and 1/2 Old Bay Seasoning to the butter.
Put in the microwave for 1 minute or until melted.
Take the biscuits out of the oven after 8 minutes and brush each roll with the butter mix. Return to the oven and bake until golden brown. Enjoy!
