Use horseradish from a fresh bottle and mild chili powder for the best flavor.
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder or other mild chili powder
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice from 1 small lemon
- Stir all ingredients together in small bowl; adjust seasonings as necessary.
